It allows me to work at the top of my license, and I enjoy being able to teach and help solve complicated medication-related problems. I have great coworkers/colleagues. AFP allows me to maintain the patient-provider interaction that I am used to from community pharmacy, along with the ability to use the clinical background I gained in residency. I enjoy the team-based care.
