Clerkships

What Makes Us Unique

Rotating at Altoona Family Physicians is a great and unique opportunity for medical students at all stages of their training.  Being an unopposed residency in a nearly-400 bed hospital provides excellent educational opportunities not available at other sites.  Medical students from throughout the country seek us out to do sub/acting internships, family medicine rotations, rural medicine rotations, and electives.  Housing is provided at no cost for all rotations, and unlimited food in our cafeteria is provided for those rotating at our Altoona site.
