Why do you enjoy working at AFP?
What I enjoy most about working at AFP is the people and the strong relationships we have built as a team. It is especially rewarding to watch our residents grow throughout their time here - not only as physicians, but also in their confidence and experience. Saying goodbye at the end of residency is always the hardest part, but seeing how much each resident has accomplished and knowing we were able to be a part of that journey makes the experience incredibly meaningful.
